Tom Hobbs operates TBH Digital, based in Derbyshire, UK, and is responsible for personal information collected through tbhdigital.co.uk. Contact hello@tbhdigital.co.uk for privacy enquiries.
When you enquire, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email, website address, service interest, budget and message. When you become a client, we may also receive contact, billing and project information needed to deliver the agreed work. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs.
We use enquiry and project information to respond, prepare requested quotes and deliver services, relying on steps towards a contract or performance of a contract. General correspondence, website security and management rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure business and responding to enquiries. Accounting and other legally required records are processed to meet legal obligations. Optional analytics relies on consent. Information requested in forms is needed to respond; without it we may be unable to deal with your request.
We use Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to measure website use, including page views, sessions, traffic sources and browser identifiers. CookieYes manages consent preferences. Analytics cookies are blocked until you accept the analytics category; rejecting optional cookies leaves that category disabled. You can change or withdraw consent through CookieYes’s consent controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. See our Cookie Policy.
Fasthosts provides hosting and email. Google provides analytics, and CookieYes provides consent management. These services may process data on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. Some providers operate internationally, so processing may occur outside the UK. Their current privacy and transfer information is available at Fasthosts, Google and CookieYes. Contact us for information about providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your data. We may disclose information where required by law or to advisers where necessary for business administration or legal claims.
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised unless there is a specific reason to retain them, such as a dispute or legal obligation. Client and financial records are retained for the service relationship and afterwards only as necessary for tax, accounting, contractual obligations or claims. Cookie lifetimes are listed separately in the Cookie Policy; these are distinct from Analytics report retention settings.
Depending on the circumstances, you have rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive portable data. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email us to exercise your rights. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or your relevant local supervisory authority.
Linked portfolio websites and social platforms have their own privacy notices. We update this notice when our practices change; the date above records the latest revision.
